[Laszlo-user] Where in the runtime would a CSS style like this be found: Skin[name="mySkin"]

Debug.explainStyleBindings didn't work at all for me. Was it added after 
the 4.0.x build of OpenLaszlo that Webtop uses?

This:

... was my example. In Webtop's CSS file, it does say:

Skin {
     ...
}

also there is a Skin[name='silver'] too that just inherits from Skin.
