[Laszlo-user] 4.1.1 Compile Time

We're running into an issue with OL-4.1.1 where any minor change, say a 1
line debug statement, causes our entire app to be recompiled, taking over a
minute each time.

We do have compMgrDependencyOption=check, but it seems to be treating it as
always.

Any thoughts?
