Yes.  The OpenLaszlo mailing lists default to 'reply to author' (not  
'reply to list').  If you reply, you will only reply to the author.   
If you want to include the list on your reply, please use reply-all  
(which we hope everyone will do, so we all share in the knowledge).

[We made this choice because it makes it easy to choose whether or not  
to reply to the list.  It's always easy to resend if you forget to cc  
the list, whereas it's very difficult to unsend if you did not mean to  
send to the list.]
