[Laszlo-user] OL install can't find java

hi ! i tried to install OL but it says i have no java when in fact i already have java JDK 1.6
every other program that uses java can find my java 
even at www.java.com  java test: 'have i got java' yes the latest is installed. 
 why can't OL find java?
