   Hi , i'm Tim and also a new to OL. I'm very interested at present because Henry Minsky changed the code recently.
   So that 'set.Attribute' is no longer valid. 
 Yet I see it is used in Alexander's code in this newsletter today.

    For me LZPix in the samples works in DHTML but not in Flash now, for example. 
  
   If I want to run LZPix, then will I simply remove the 'set.' from 'set.attribute' in the source code ?

  Henry sent the revisions recently in Laszlo-dev-newsletter and says 'getters' and 'setters' can't be used in 'Attributes' any longer. 

  Maybe that's only temporary as Henry also said the 'ring-ding' is likely to be unstable, for a short time now. 
  From these changes.

  It's a great idea of Henry Minsky, to improve the code and fix the state in a method tag. 
  Certainly Henry is a brilliant guy and very good thinker. 
  He's excited about the changes.

   Still I find the previous OL-samples and OL-apps and things, refuse to work in Flash on my winXP machine at all.  
   They worked fine until last week.
   Maybe that's due to the changes ? 
   Perhaps i better get the old Flash 8 instead of 9, to run the samples ?
   Does all the code for the examples and samples need to be revised, to remove the 'set.', before it will function again presumably? 

   If so, can  the process be automated to remove the deprecated setters?

  The whole wiki is in a sense defunct now ? 
  That's how it appears, correct me if I'm wrong. 
  The old code in the tutorial lessons, is basically wrong now ?
 
  Today's email of Alexander Wallace in laszlo-user, sounds like the similar problem. 
   Where the code he wrote includes the use of the  deprecated instance of  'set.Attribute'. 

   I'm slow to catch on to Henry Minsky's meaning and so can't be sure where 'set' and 'get' are used now, since the changes. 
 But i know he said that it's not used in 'set.Attribute' any further.

   I refer to Henry's new changes and would like to know more about these.
   I'm guessing it may be wise to ask Henry if that is the issue. Then by removing reference to 'set.' may help Alexander Wallace to fix his code problem and the same for the samples or not ?
