[Laszlo-user] Streaming audio only to Red5 server

I resolved the bug 'invalid' since there is a test case that seems to 
work: test/video/test-microphone-recording.lzx
although I am using FMS -- not sure if there would be a Red5 specific 
issue here.  Please re-open and add notes if there are nuances I am 
missing :)
