[Laszlo-user] data management

Hi 
  I am pretty new to OpenLaszlo. I have not so far found any documentation around managing scopes
(Transaction, session etc). I am trying to understanding how the management of data works.

Say I navigate to a page which pulls data from a dataset and clicking a link on the page if I were
to navigate to another page and come back (via a return link) is the data loaded in the first page
earlier persisted or reloaded?

If persisted are there ways to release that upon completion of a transaction?
