The tar file reveals this directory:
usr/lib/jvm/java-7-icedtea
Have you tried:
JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-icedtea
export JAVA_HOMEPATH=$PATH:$JAVA_HOME/bin
export PATH
