[Laszlo-user] laszlo app behind a symlink

going the other way: the laszlo stuff is all in the tomcat directory, and the 
link to it is in my development workspace.

Also, have you tried hardlinking the directory rather than symlinking?

Out of curiosity, why do you need to test under various laszlo versions? 
Typically you'd have control over what version you're using.
