[Laszlo-user] An Open-Source Webtop Platform

Hi,

I am glad to announce my new project:
PalaceHotel.org.<http://www.palacehotel.org/>

My goal is to create an open platform to develop the kind of things that laszlo
webtop <http://www.laszlosystems.com/software/webtop> is offering. Perhaps
PalaceHotel is less business-oriented though.
In short, PalaceHotel is:

   1. functional modules (mail, contacts, calendar)... remember
   laszlomail?
   2. a framework to develop additional modules
   3. a set of nice-looking UI widgets

PalaceHotel is a complete solution (client+server), although being clearly
layered, you are absolutely free to create your own technology stack.

This is a developer preview release, so I'm really curious about your
feedback.
