[Laszlo-user] Keyboard handling across platforms

It does pass control keys, but on the Mac control keys aren't used  
for things like copy/paste.  On the Mac, the command key, also know  
as the apple key, is used instead.

The consequence is that non-standard keys are implemented for copy/ 
paste, etc on the Mac.
