[Laszlo-user] LzView.playing

it's an LZX thing.  Not sure why it is the way it is.  It's from before 
my time.

LzView does send these events:
onplay - when someone calls play
onstop - when someone calls stop
onlastframe - when playback stops because it ran out of data
