[Laszlo-user]How to use multibyte language

Scratch that -- I got confused. I believe there will be a new version
of the Eclipse plug-in that comes out a month after 3.0. The WYSIWYG
tool is another project that someone else is working on in their spare
time. Sorry for the confusion...
