Summary: Fix drawview.clipButton() in swf10

Bugs Fixed: LPP-9164 - swf10 regression: test/drawing/drawing.lzx?lzr=swf10&lzt=html failing on clipButton()

Details: __drawPath() uses a transparent fill.  Update clipButton() to work with new clickregion API().  

Tests: test/drawing/drawing.lzx runs in swf10, and only the black arrow in the middle of the red area next to the heart is clickable, consistent in swf10 and swf8.
