[Laszlo-dev] Build instructions

Further it does not mention anything about setting $LPS_HOME
Well it does talk about it here and there but I think it should start by 
saying
Set $HOME to the root of the whole source tree Eg. /root/openlaszlo-from-svn
Set $LPS_HOME to the root of the openlaszlo source tree Eg. 
/root/openlaszlo-from-svn//src/svn/openlaszlo/trunk
Or something like that.
