Overview:
    To fix LPP-8503, we need
    Apache Ant version 1.7.1
    Rhino 1.7 release 2 (js.jar)

Details:
    Those new versions will allow me to make xpath queries to compute
    release and id from svn version.

Tests:
    ant build still works for me after installing the new jars in ${HOME}/.ant/lib
