[Laszlo-dev] just noticed that buttons don't animate in the debugger in swf10

I think swf10 could use the same method as DHTML.  Inspecting each 
resource for its version seems like too much.

Then again, it's always the fourth byte into the swf resource, right? 
It would be useful to warn about incompatible versions to help others 
debug the same issue - especially when there aren't complimentary .pngs.
