[Laszlo-dev] just noticed that buttons don't animate in the debugger in swf10

Well, we need to decide on the rules for preferred resource and how to fall
back
to alternatives.
Should we do something like this?
If runtime is SWF10:
If resource named "foo.swf" exists AND is of type SWF10, use it, else look
for PNG files
If runtime is SWF8:
If resource named "foo.swf" exists AND is of type SWF8, use it, else look
for PNG
If runtime is DHTML:
If resource named "foo.swf", look for PNG files
?
