[Laszlo-dev] Progressive Streaming

Hello Everyone,

I'm having a couple of problems dealing with progressive streaming.

The thing is, when I play an flv file over http (and the file is
pretty heavy) it takes all the bandwidth available (so it freezes my
internet connection).

To solve this, should I use RTMP instead of using HTTP? How can I
"moderate" this bandwidth consumption? on Flash? or on red5?
