[Laszlo-dev] Can someone explain to me how the AS3 LzPreloader file gets compiled and loaded?

Code in SWF9Writer.java has it hardcoded in a string there in
makeApplicationPreamble.
With a comment asking to keep it in sync with kernel/swf9/LzPreloader.as.
