[Laszlo-dev] branches/4.6 created -- Trunk is now 4.7

We have created branches/4.6 to get a bunch of critical bug fixes into  
a stable release.  There may be a few more changes integrated into 4.6  
as we go through QA looking for show-stoppers.

If you are actively working on bugs in trunk, you will notice that  
there is a new version target "4.7 (TRUNK)" which you should use for  
recording any work you are doing in trunk.  *If* your change is deemed  
necessary for a 4.6 show-stopper, you should re-open it to me for  
integration, once it has been reviewed and checked in trunk.
