[Laszlo-dev] no way to actually turn off catcherrors in swf10 ?

Even if I set compiler.catcherrors=false, it seems like the compiler is not
really ever building me an LFC / app without the
try/catches added to functions. Is there something else I need to toggle to
keep it from inserting them?
