I've updated my changes after r13936 to set Fix Version to 4.5 and 
propose to add the following changes to 4.4
- LPP-8201, LPP-8202, LPP-8203, LPP-8204: context-menu fixes for DHTML
- LPP-7810, LPP-7820: drawview bugs in SWF9

I've also changed LPP-7966 and LPP-4257, but I don't think they're 
required candidates for 4.4
