[Laszlo-dev] where to put a test file that needs to be remote?

I'm trying to make it so that the video tests will cover the
functionality of the components (as seen in the YouTube demo). Right
now I can't test the buffering functionality except within the YouTube
demo. Anyone modifying the components and a/v extensions should be
able to run these tests.
