[Laszlo-dev] OpenLaszlo Builds Hanging

I don't know what is causing a hang, but we ought to be able to remove the
"rng" target, considering we dont use the rng/rnc format anymore, so it's
gotta be out of date info it's processing anyway in thattarget.
