[Laszlo-dev] Charting API Change Proposal

Hey, Justin.  Thanks for your feedback!The code isn't yet ready -- it 
worked back around 4.0, but got lost in a couple shuffles, and I'm now 
in the process of updating all of it to work in trunk.  I'm not sure 
when exactly it will be ready, but we're aiming for 4.2.2.Any additional 
feedback is welcome and encouraged, from anyone on the laszlo-dev and
