Hey Max or Raju,

Can you look over these videoplayer changes?  the mediastream changes  
are just additional debugging.  Would also love help figuring out how  
to fix scrubbing and that annoying thing where playing isn't set to  
false when the video stops playing, but those are unrelated to this  
change.

  LPP-7956 should be able to show first frame with videoplayer component
  LPP-7952 videoplayer: should be able to hide time display and volume  
control
  LPP-7960 videoplayer needs a way to maintain aspect ratio for  
videoplayer

Details:
For some reason, the stream's playing attribute is not set to false in  
test-videoplayer-http.lzx
However, in test-stream-video-rtmp-sep.lzx with the same video file it  
works. I don't believe it
is related to any of my changes, but the behavior is annoying combined  
with the fact that scrubbing
the video is broken (and has been for quite a while, if not forever).
