You may need to run the uninstaller, then reinstall the debug player 
from scratch... Also note that you have to (unfortunately) look at the 
compiled path to see the line number of the of the error - 
temp/lzswf9/Users/hqm/openlaszlo/trunk7/test/video/build/example-mediastream/$lzc$class_mediastream.as:548

You may have better luck if you uncomment this line in 
WEB-INF/lps/config/lps.properties:
compiler.swf9.catcherrors=true

Be sure to restart the server when you do this!
