[Laszlo-dev] [IT] Wrong release notes for 4.2.0.2

Hm, the two copies are probably there because I am trying to have a  
copy at the top-level and the doc directory (so you don't have to make  
a copy by hand).  It creation o the war must be wrong, so it looks  
like there are 2 copies in the same place.
