Go to http://www.openlaszlo.org/

Click on the Documentation tab.

In the table, click on the HTML link in the 4.2.0.2 column,
Release Notes row.

The release notes for 4.2.0.1 open.

In the same column, click on the HTML link for Installation Instructions.

The installation instructions for 4.2.0.1 open.
