Lorien & I were editing the document at the same time... she won -- I
just added some examples.
I was thinking that #2 and #3 are just different parts of the same
implementation...

#1 <flashview> seems like it is already supported with <view
resource="whatever.swf"/> (although I don't know if that actually
works in DHTML. IMHO, it should.)
