Actually, if this was only changed for compiler development, then I  
suggest we put it back.  It would be nice to have just a single flag  
with a parameter, and perhaps the default default could come from the  
environment or a .properties file if the default needs to be different  
for LZX developers and compiler developers.

Approved as far as it goes, but, it would be nice to know when/why  
this was changed.  And <gak /> why do we have two flags with different  
hyphenation convention --keepscriptcache and --flush-script-cache ?   
Shouldn't there just be one flag with a parameter?
