[Laszlo-dev] For Review: Change 20090304-hqm-b Summary: make --keepscriptcache option not print 'deprecated' warning

Approved as far as it goes, but, it would be nice to know when/why  
this was changed.  And <gak /> why do we have two flags with different  
hyphenation convention --keepscriptcache and --flush-script-cache ?   
Shouldn't there just be one flag with a parameter?
