The bug here seems to be that rtmpconnection is defined inside an  
switch otherwise clause and the doc tool does not know what to do with  
that.

For now, I am just going to remove rtmpconnection from toc.xml so I  
can get a build out.

I guess you should open a new bug for doc tools to remedy the base  
cause...
