[Laszlo-dev] experience with browser caching embed-compressed.js too agressively

I was trying to check a bug fix, and I did an ant build, and event an ant
build inside of lps/includes/source, and cleared my browser cache but for
some reason my browser was not getting the new embed-compressed.js, until I
actually touched the file iframemanager.js
to update it's last-modified date.  Or maybe the new embed-compressed.js
wasn't actually getting built until I touched that file.

Just something to watch out for... maybe something is not working right in
the ant  script that computes "uptodate"  for building the embed.js target.
