[Laszlo-dev] Components Guide

I'm looking at LPP-7619, Component Guide, Color Palett section:  
incorrect info about available colors

Looking at the Components Guide, I see several problems (and I'm  
guessing there are many more):

* It doesn't look like this is at all up to date. It has not been  
modified in a very long time
   (The copyright is 2006). A lot has changed since then.

* It's hand-crafted HTML, not generated from DocBook, and the HTML  
does not validate.
   This makes it difficult to update and maintain.

* It seems like everything here is already covered in the dguide,  
reference, or laszlo in 10.

* all the links to the reference point to the entry page, not the  
components they should point
   to.

I'm sure the Components Guide was useful at some point, but it seems  
to me that it's not now.
I suggest we remove it from the doc.
