Details:
lzunit: change from rest-args to optional args, so that Function#length 
won't return 0
LzDeclaredEventClass: add some typing
LzEvent: add typing, remove out dated sentence from "removeDelegate" 
description
LzDelegate: add typing, move delegate-warning from "register" to 
constructor, added "__LZdeleted"-check in "register" so that destroyed 
nodes won't be able to register to events
