Details:
     A simple fix to enable mixin support.
     I think this may have been working some time in the past, but  
possibly never totally completed.

     Now we show mixins in the inheritance chain (as 'with  
FirstMixin,SecondMixin')
     and attributes, events and methods inherited from the mixin are  
shown in the page where expected.

Tests:
     built ref doc and examined <dataset> and <text> pages, they both  
use mixins
