[Laszlo-dev] propose to include change in 4.2.0.1 : make SOLO deployer scripts work for swf9 swf10

This is a low risk change to make the SOLO deployer scripts work for
swf9 and swf10 runtimes.

These scripts don't send anything back into the rest of the system, it
couldn't break the LFC or compiler.
The only risk is that if this breaks then there won't be a working SWF
SOLO deployer wizard.
