[Laszlo-dev] pls review fix for LPP-7571 - Rewrite components to use LZX syntax

That was a real change request, it just failed to send mail.  I have  
to install URI/URL.pm I guess... which is weird since it used to work,  
but I didn't want to wait on the review itself, since Max is on the  
opposite side of the clock!
