- add lineJoin, miterLimit and adjust "__updateStyles()"
- add "__applyStrokeTo()" for gradient stroke style
swf:
- update "stroke()" for lineJoin, miterLimit
- add "__applyStrokeTo()" for gradient stroke style

Changed "arc()", "rect()", "oval()" and "_drawArc()" to use default 
arguments instead of rest arguments.
And added typing, but left out public methods since we don't have yet 
LPP-6080
