Details:
- give drawview programlisting explicit width/height or it won't show up 
in dhtml
- fix LzCanvasGradient description to list createLinearGradient
- added typing for class properties (as2/as3 implementation)
- moved as2-specific properties and functions in separate blocks
- give nice debug messages for each unsupported method in as3 implementation
