[Laszlo-dev] Failed Building Tag 4.0.15

I try to bypass:
http://jira.openlaszlo.org/jira/browse/LPP-7766

and tried to build:
http://svn.openlaszlo.org/openlaszlo/tags/4.0.15/

I get this Build-Error:
/Users/sebastianwagner/Documents/workspace_j6/4.0.15/WEB-INF/lps/server/build.xml:127:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: XML document structures must start and end
within the same entity.

its caused by this part of the build script
....

There is no *repository-info.xml*?
