[Laszlo-dev] QUICK mode for building docs is broken, anyone have an idea how to fix?

I think it still completes the doc, even though you get the errors.
It's complaining about missing links from the table of contents (which  
makes sense, they
are missing if you use QUICK).  We could disable the toc checks if  
QUICK is on.
