[Laszlo-dev] scrollbar behavior in DHTML / IE7

I think I found a workaround in IE7 for the spacebar causing the window to
scroll, but I still don't know why
there is a scrollbar being displayed at all in the browser window. The app
running in firefox causes the browser
window to resize to the app dimensions, while in IE7 the browser window
stays the same size, and the app
shows up with a scrollbar on the right.

Max, you know lots more about what how the browser window is supposed to
work for IE7, is the scrollbar
appearing in this case a regression?
