Amy, Chris,

I think you should set a duration for the bug scrub, maybe even say:  
clean up OpenLaszlo JIRA until OpenLaszlo's 5th birthday on October  
4th, starting on August 24th. Is there the slightest chance that you  
can have a small give-away for the most active people? Like:

  * come up with a t-shirt saying 5 years of OpenLaszlo, and give that  
away to the 10 most succesful people involved
  * a small gift for the community member closing the highest number  
of bugs (I fear that the price would go to André, and maybe we should  
exclude existing committers?

How abou a hour IRC session per week by OpenLaszlo core members, where  
you show people how they can become involved?

I know everyone is superbusy, but don't you save money/time if more  
people are involved? Just some thougths...
