[Laszlo-dev] 4.6 is now Trunk

Hi,
We've taken a release branch for 4.5 in preparation for its upcoming 
release (hopefully in the next week). All bug fixes should be made in 
"4.6 (Trunk)". That's where you will find the majority of the JIRA bugs 
assigned as well.

Only those bug fixes absolutely necessary for 4.5 will be made in both 
places and therefore included as part of the release branch. See "4.5" 
in JIRA for a list of those currently under consideration for inclusion.
