Summary:Fix Rich-Text Editor to become useable again at least for SWF8

New Features:enables to run multiple instances of the rich-text editor

Documentation:
Fixes the auto-include for the richinputtext + various references to
the editor in the richtext-editor,
gets rid of the *grte* variable, sothat you can run multiple instances
of the rich-text editor, set text-field html = true,
adds some wrapper methods to get/set HTML text to the richtext edit
area. Sampler with two richtext-editors and button to copy text
from one area to the other.
