Details: Changed LzBrowser to lz.Browser.

Tests: Run docs/component-browser/components.lzx
    in the SWF8 and DHTML.  Click on one of the
    component names.  It should now open a new
    window.
    
    This won't work in SWF9, since lz.Browser.loadJS()
    requires a second argument, so it results in an
    ActionScript error.  Thing is, from what I can
    tell, if you provide any second argument, it
    breaks it so that in both SWF8 and SWF9, it does
    nothing but open a blank tab.  I'm filing a
    separate bug.  (LPP-7035)
