Well, in the case of the debugger eval loader class, I am going to use the
same approach as
the drawview library, which is to conditionally include one of two different
library files using a
<switch> on the runtime, and then make a javascript class definition inside
of a <script when="immediate">
block.

In this case the runtime-dependent functionality can pretty much be isolated
to a new runtime-specific
class.

But I do think we still need to look at some kind of mechanism for letting
people pass compiler-specific
script like the pragma passthrough=toplevel from LZX code.
